Why we are recruiting sales partners
CarSee is an AI-powered vehicle damage assessment platform built for the GCC. We help insurers, fleet operators, rental companies, and dealerships assess damage and estimate repair costs faster and more consistently, in Arabic and English. We are looking for motivated sales affiliates who can bring CarSee to the organizations that need it most.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Identify and approach prospective clients in insurance, fleet, car rental, and dealership sectors across the GCC and broader MENA.
- Present CarSee to decision-makers and purchasing teams, and explain the product in the context of each prospect's operations.
- Guide prospects through onboarding and be their main point of contact in the early phase.
- Build long-term client relationships, maintain satisfaction, and spot opportunities to grow accounts.
- Share market feedback with CarSee to support product and go-to-market work.
Requirements
What we look for
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally in automotive, insurance, or technology.
- An existing professional network in the GCC or MENA that is relevant to our target sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic. English is a plus.
- Comfort working independently and owning your pipeline without daily micromanagement.
- Comfort presenting a software product to professional audiences, including procurement and operations.
Compensation
How this role is structured
This is a commission-based freelance arrangement. Earnings are tied to the accounts you bring on board, with no fixed cap. Commission details are shared with shortlisted candidates.
